It's almost difficult to imagine in the ninety+ degree desert-like heat of this April 12-13 weekend in Orange County, that two weeks ago we were shivering in the mist on one of San Bernardino's mountain tops that was still, however sparsley, decorated with Winter's snow.
Despite the charred remnants bemoaning the forest's past grief's withstood, and the whites, greys and yellows of Winter, green sprigs and red buds bravely herald Spring's approach.
